Rentals Equipment Manager

Talamas is the premier sales and rental house in New England, providing professional video and audio equipment to the film, television, and content production markets nationwide. Currently, Talamas is seeking a Rentals Equipment Manager to assist our team with the care and maintenance of equipment in our rental inventory.
Responsibilities include:
- Organizing, Barcoding, and maintaining our inventory.
- Adding and removing equipment from our rental software.
- Updating our rental software to reflect equipment, current rental rates, and replacement cost.
- Assist in managing our Consignment equipment.
- Assist with the Loss and Damage procedure with the rental representatives.
- Assistance with the logistics involved in repairing rental equipment.
- Assist in the sale of Rental Stock.
Job Expectations
- Experience with current digital cinema cameras, Audio equipment, accessories, and how they interface.
- Work with team members to manage our inventory
- Be organized and possess an attention to detail
- Be able to take direction and to work independently
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- General computer skills for rental and equipment software utilization
- Able to work in a fast-paced work environment
Experience:
At least two years of Professional Video Experience required
