The Radio Active Designs UV-1G wireless communication system is a two channel wireless communications system, also boasting two channels to WTA communication. This allows two channels of communication for those on the wireless packs to talk only amongst themselves as well as having the ability to communicate with up to two channels of wired communications which can be plugged into the UV-1G base station, either through 2-wire RTS/Clear-com or 4-wire com.

Radio Active Designs has introduced the production of their first Enhanced Narrow Band™ wireless intercom system. Enhanced Narrow Band™ offers RF channels possessing an occupied bandwidth of a mere 25 kHz with the audio characteristics one would expect from a traditional FM system. This matched with the UV-1G’s super wideband range gives you plenty of options for fitting this communications system into a crowded RF environment either from a dense urban location and/or from high channel counts of talent mics and IEMs. RF meters on both the base station and the beltpacks makes it easy for you or your client to walk out the range of the system and see where areas have weak RF reception.
